...one more mid week session to go, short swim tonight then onto Daz's special Runners World ride Saturday (noted as a hard hit out) and a easy 11k run Sunday...
...the sudden ramp up in training hours, the sub 5 degree celsius mornings (all training sessions this week have started before 5am), attempted Le Tour TV watching is all starting to take it's toll -- only 21.5 weeks to go ! knew I was getting a little bit too excited too soon
